Welcome to an Experience of Breath, Presence & Transformation. 🌬️✨

Your breath is more powerful than you think. It holds the key to deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and connection—to yourself and the world around you.

Breathwork is an ancient yet scientifically supported practice that allows you to access altered states of consciousness, regulate your nervous system, and create space for healing and transformation. In this session, you will be guided through conscious breathing techniques designed to help you:

What to Expect

This is a guided breathwork journey—a safe and intentional space where you are invited to explore the depths of your own breath. Some people feel energised, others deeply relaxed or even emotional—every experience is unique, and everything is welcome.

No prior experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Is it Safe? ✅

Yes! Breathwork is a natural, safe practice, and you are always in control. However, if you have any of the following conditions, please reach out before booking to ensure this session is suitable for you:

⚠️ Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart conditions)
⚠️ Respiratory disorders (e.g., severe asthma, COPD)
⚠️ Neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, recent stroke, brain injury)
⚠️ Pregnancy (particularly high-risk pregnancies)
⚠️ Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., psychosis, untreated PTSD, bipolar disorder)
⚠️ Recent major surgeries or injuries
⚠️ Uncontrolled diabetes
⚠️ Severe migraines or frequent headaches

How to Prepare

🌀 Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before the session. A light snack is okay.
🌀 Stay hydrated but avoid excessive water intake just before the session.
🌀 Skip strong caffeine (like black coffee) beforehand to support a relaxed nervous system.
🌀 Arrive with an open heart and no expectations—simply be present.

What to Bring

✔️ A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
✔️ A blanket (your body temperature may fluctuate)
✔️ One or two small pillows or a bolster for extra comfort
✔️ A water bottle
✔️ A journal & pen (optional - for post-session reflections)
✔️ Wear loose, comfy clothing
