Join us for a transformative 2-hour Breathwork experience designed to guide you through conscious breathing, allowing you to release emotions and clear energetic blockages from the body.

This session is crafted with safety and science in mind. Breathwork is a powerful practice that activates your nervous system, helping to regulate stress, release tension, and promote emotional healing. As we breathe, your body will naturally release what no longer serves you, helping you to feel lighter, more connected, and in tune with your authentic self.

We’ll begin with a soothing cacao ceremony to set a heart-centered intention for the practice, creating a safe, sacred space for healing. Together, we will journey through the breath to move energy, process emotions, and restore balance within the body.

Lauren is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional healing and transformation. With years of experience in guiding people through mindfulness practices, Lauren creates a nurturing and empowering space for each participant to feel safe, supported, and open to profound personal growth.

Dylan Petitcuenot
Dylan is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator known for his calming presence and intuitive approach to guiding clients through transformative breathwork journeys. His practice focuses on using breath to release stored emotions and promote holistic healing, helping individuals reconnect with their body and mind for a deeper sense of balance and clarity.
