Important: Please avoid heavy meals at least 90 minutes before the session. Let me know of any allergies to cacao, coconut milk, or honey.

Your Health & Safety Matters

Your wellbeing is my highest priority. Due to the deep and transformative nature of breathwork, this session may not be suitable if you have certain health conditions.

Contraindications (participation not recommended):

Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
Severe cardiovascular conditions (recent heart attack, unstable angina, severe arrhythmias, uncontrolled hypertension)
Recent stroke or significant head injury, brain surgery
Severe migraines or neurological conditions
Active psychosis, severe bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalisation (within 10 years)
Severe respiratory conditions (emphysema, pneumothorax, pulmonary oedema, severe lung disease)
Recent surgery (within 6 weeks)
Active substance abuse or withdrawal
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe eating disorders
Detached retina or severe glaucoma
Perforated eardrums, permanent ear tubes, or significant hearing loss
Any condition requiring emergency medical intervention

**If you answered "YES" to any health concerns, you must provide written medical clearance from a healthcare professional dated within 6 months before participating

Please consult your GP before attending if you have any conditions that may be affected by breathwork. Your safety is paramount.

By booking, you acknowledge:

You're physically and emotionally prepared for this transformative experience
You'll inform me of any health concerns at minimum 24 hours before the session
You understand breathwork can bring up intense emotions and physical sensations
You'll complete the mandatory waiver form at minimum 24 hours prior to attendance

**Failure to disclose medical conditions or provide required medical clearance gives Tegan Hunt the absolute right to deny my participation for my own wellbeing and safety.
