Hard fact: Most relationships will end.
But we don't deal with that when we fall in love.
Our brains trick us into thinking this time it's different.
The problem with that is that we end up being completely unprepared for when they do end.

Break ups are hard and hurt a lot. While we can't avoid the suffer, there is a lot we can do to minimize the pain for both parties, and not add fuel to the fire. There's a lot we can do before, during and after to make it easier on ourselves. Let's use this week to do a bit of preventative work for the end of our next relationship.
