Breath & Beats

Breath & Beats is a 90-minute immersive experience combining breathwork, somatic movement, conscious dance, meditation and curated music to help you release tension, shift your state and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with guided breathwork and simple somatic movements to bring awareness into the body and settle the nervous system. From there, the energy builds through a curated journey of deep, organic and rhythmic beats — giving you space to move, express and dance freely.

No choreography.

No dance experience needed.

No pressure to perform.

We close with stillness and integration, giving you time to slow down, feel and take the experience in.
