With the onset of the colder months many of us struggle with feelings of fatigue, lethargy and sluggishness at this time of year. We have designed this session to regenerate your nervous system, boost the body's healing ability and find an oasis of peace and calm. Our intention is to build community so this is an opportunity to connect with like-minded locals and take this moment to slow down together.

We would love to have you join us at the beautiful Fernery retreat space at Diamond Waters to enjoy this specially curated morning of breath & body work.

Our Intention

To give your body some love! As a society, we are constantly in a state of go-go-go and rarely take time for ourselves to intentionally rest. The body will thrive when it is given space to unwind and properly regenerate. This session is designed to help you tend to the needs of your body through a series of gentle, healing practices.

Additionally, we feel there are so many amazing souls up here on the Mid North Coast and not enough chances to get together and connect with each other. We wanted to create a community space where people can come, slow down and take a breath together. The idea is to create new & beautiful connections and build a stronger community in this magical region of ours :)

What Will We Do?

Move stagnant energy that has accumulated in the body throughout autumn and stimulate blood flow to the heart space, so you can reconnect to the divine wisdom of your body. Together we will:

Clear auric field through the use of vibrational oils
Awaken energy through some light movement
Clear detox pathways and flush the lymphatic system using a gentle body brushing technique
Practice breathwork exercises to move stuck energy and unwind the mind
Enjoy a guided meditation and silent tea ritual
Oracle Cards - you will have the choice to pick a card and receive a message

Walk away feeling energised, refreshed and deeply connected to your own body, while experiencing the feeling of community (something so many of us want more of!).

Who Is It For?

Anyone who wants to release old energy and awaken a sense of vitality in their body, while developing a practice of self-love/care. Also this event is for people looking for more community/connection on the Mid North Coast.

All levels of breathwork/meditation experience are welcome and will benefit from this practise.

Where is it?

Our gathering will be held at The Fernery retreat space on our beautiful Diamond Waters eco-retreat property (approx 30 mins south of Port). The Fernery is a very unique space with potent healing energy and the only way to explain the magic is to visit and experience it for yourself!

Who Is Hosting?
Tahlia Senior is a Lymphatic Bodyworker, Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner and Diagnostic Nutritionist who works with women to heal their connection to their body and tap into their innate wisdom. She is the founder of Heal Well, a local holistic wellness collective that offers a range of unique healing modalities. Find her on instagram: @_healwell

Beth James is a certified Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra teacher and founder of Changemaker (a coaching practice that provides clarity and direction for early stage business owners).
