Breath and Bowls is a Small Group transformative experience, realigning your body with your mind enabling you to better manage the stressors of life.

Your facilitators Melina Garnham and Loretta Flanagan are here to guide and support you through this journey helping you unleash your inner strength and develop your own healing abilities.

This 3 hour journey consists of a combination of Ancient Healing modalities. Through the use of Sound, Frequency, and Vibration you will experience deep & profound healing.

Breathwork You will experience the transformative power of Holotropic Breathwork that utilises a consciously connected breathing technique. When submerged in Holotropic breathwork, stuck energy, tension, thought programming, and trauma can be released.

Frequency Healing Harnessing the ancient wisdom of the Egyptians, frequency healing utilises sound vibrations to restore balance and harmony within the body. This time-honored practice promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by aligning your energy frequencies, leading to deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall enhanced health

Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing: Rooted in the ancient traditions of Tibet, Tibetan Singing Bowl healing employs the resonant sounds of singing bowls to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. These harmonic vibrations facilitate deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being, making it a powerful tool for holistic healing

When all of this is combined you have the ultimate healing experience with deep relaxation.

What to bring and wear and how to prepare

Bring a low pillow, we have some available however this experience is best experienced with your own comfortable pillow.

Bring a Journal and Pen, with Breathwork it is essential for integration.

Wear comfortable clothing for laying on a mat.

Water bottle

Eat lightly in the 2 hours leading into your session

Avoid caffeine on the day

Ensuring safety is our top priority. Given the intensity and depth of the breathwork and other processes involved, there are specific contraindications that may make it unsuitable for some individuals to participate. This precaution is essential to maintain a secure and supportive setting for everyone involved.

Please be aware that participation may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

Cardiovascular problems or heart disease
High blood pressure
Severe asthma (please contact me if you have asthma)
Epilepsy or history of seizures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries
Detached retina
Severe mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis
Diagnosed with severe PTSD
Current use of heavy medications altering brain chemistry (e.g. anti-anxiety, or antipsychotic medications, antidepressants)
Diabetes
Pregnancy
Recent hospitalisation for psychiatric conditions, emotional crises, or spiritual awakenings within the past three years.
Any medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that might limit or interfere with your ability to participate in activities involving significant physical or emotional release

These precautions are necessary to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Breathwork Liability Waiver & Release:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. The client is engaging in breathwork services to be provided by Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers.

b. The client agrees to sign this Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.

c. This session is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. The client agrees to inform all staff, including Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers, of any medications they are currently taking, and any medical conditions or physical limitations they have prior to the event. The client will disclose any and all conditions, medical or otherwise, that may affect their ability to participate in this breathwork session. This includes present or recent experiences of severe mental illness, neurological conditions, heart conditions, history of blood clots, currently experiencing spiritual emergence/crisis, epilepsy and seizures, detached retina and other ocular issues, heart conditions/attacks, high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent physical injuries, fractures, and surgeries.

The client confirms that they are not pregnant, nor do they have severe asthma, heart disease, diabetes, mental illness, epilepsy/history of seizures, and/or acute physical injuries or any other contraindications of breathwork. In the case of any of these conditions, the client understands that participation will be revoked and they will not be allowed to participate in the session as a precaution to their health and wellbeing.

d. The client understands that the facilitator (s) of this session, including their affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers, do not diagnose illness or disease, and this session does not prescribe or replace medical treatment or pharmaceuticals.

e. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. If the client experiences any unusual pain or discomfort, they will listen to their body, discontinue the activity, and clearly communicate this to the facilitator (s), asking for support if needed. The client assumes full responsibility for any and all damages that may occur through participation in this session.

f. The client understands that this breathwork session is not a substitute for medical care, and it is recommended that they continue to work with their primary healthcare provider for any condition they may have.

g. The client understands that taking alcohol or drugs prior to or during this session will result in them not being able to participate in the session. The client agrees that they will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while attending this session.

h. The client confirms that they alone are responsible for deciding whether to participate in the breathwork session and that they participate fully at their own risk.

i. The client understands that this session includes breathwork and trauma release, which involves physical movement, breathing, meditation, release of emotions, touch, bodywork, and music. The client understands that each of these will be included in the session.

2. INFORMED CONSENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability is material to the event Contract and is incorporated herein by reference.

The client certifies that they are in adequate physical condition to participate in physical exercise.

The client certifies that they are aware of the nature of this event and assume the full risk of participating in this event.

The client certifies that they will disclose to Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers whenever suggested activities cause distress beyond their threshold.

The client certifies that they will not hold Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers liable for any physical injury, whether minor, severe, or otherwise, that may result from this event and breathwork facilitated by Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers.

The client assumes all responsibility for their participation in the breathwork session.

3. The client consents that they are in good physical health and of sound mind and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder their participation in any activity by Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham. These Activities include, but are not limited to, physical movement, breath, meditation, and release of emotions. Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers are strictly for entertainment purposes, and understand any personal medical concerns are under the care of a medical professional. Any advice given is ultimately determined by the client's own free will, and they release any liability to sue Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers. The client's participation in all activities confirms that they are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown without limitation.

4. The client hereby releases their image should photos be taken in group activities that may later appear on future media, for websites, social media, or any press purposes. The client gives permission to use their likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, that they send to Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham or to their social media. The client agrees that anything they send to Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham is completely owned by them, including the entire copyright, and may be used for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. The client acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation, etc., for the use of such pictures. By completing this release, responding to this email, showing up for the session with Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham, and entering any space held by them, the client agrees to these terms.

5. Indemnity. The client agrees to irrevocably release and waive any and all claims they have now or may have hereafter against the facilitators of this session, including Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers. The client indemnifies and holds harmless Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham and affiliates, contractors, and/or employees/volunteers for any injuries, illnesses, and the like, experienced as the result of this breathwork session.

6. I have fully read, and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognise that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

7. Entire Agreement. This document reflects the entire agreement between the Parties and reflects a complete understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter. This Contract supersedes all prior written and oral
representations. The Contract may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by Loretta Flanagan & Melina Garnham.

8. Legal and Binding Contract. This Contract is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Contract may be entered into and is legal and binding all over the world. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Contract.

9. Severability. If any provision of this Contract shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If the Court finds that any provision of this Contract is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

10. Applicable Law. This Contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the event is held, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

BY TURNING UP TO THE SESSION, I, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS CONTRACT AND THAT I, THE CLIENT ARE SATISFIED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS CONTRACT. THE CLIENT SHOULD NOT AGREE TO THIS CONTRACT IF THERE ARE ANY BLANK SPACES. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THIS CONTRACTAT THE TIME YOU AGREE TO IT. ACKNOWLEDGMENT I AM IN GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND DO NOT SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL OR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS THAT COULD CONSTITUTE A DANGER TO MYSELF OR OTHERS AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES, AND I ACCEPT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES FREELY.

I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the terms of the release, that I am legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
