A deeply restful offering for anyone looking for space to slow down, reset, and restore. This class incorporates supported restorative-style postures, elements of yin yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, and self-applied acupressure and tapping to create a deeply nourishing experience.

Taught by Ange Gervan, who brings more than 20 years of experience with a background in yoga, classical acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What to bring While props are provided, we encourage you to bring anything to make you extra comfy and cosy:

a thick yoga mat if you have one
a blanket

an eye mask

Parking

No parking is available at the venue. As the venue is located on busy Jervois Road, please avoid parking there. Please park on the surrounding streets. Free parking is available on Prosford Street, just behind the venue. There also is a paid open-air parking lot at 16 Redmond Road that is a 5-minute walk from the venue.
