    Breathwork Principles workshop

    We are the worst breathers in the animal kingdom, and this is the silent underlying cause of many common health issues.


    Breathwork has exploded onto the health & wellness stage and with hundreds of different methods and techniques available, it is quite the maze to navigate - especially for a beginner. That is where this workshop comes in. 

    You are invited to join me as I educate you on the core principles behind breathwork. By focusing on a these principles, you will leave being better equipped to understand which technique(s) will work for you. You will also learn the most valuable lesson of breathwork which is how to reestablish effortless, natural breathing in order to radically improve your quality of life. 


    Led by leading former Wim Hof Method instructor William Frost (who has personally trained with Wim in the Polish mountains as well as some of the most prestigious educators in the field of Breathwork), this workshop will take you through the fundamental principles of understanding how to use your breath to your advantage to strengthen your immune system, enhance your cardiovascular network, reduce stress levels, optimise your sleep and much more.
