BREATH AND ICE TO START OFF THE DAY

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We start our morning with a simple breathing exercise to down regulate. Then we'll go into four rounds of a little bit stronger breathwork, and we'll finish it off with an ice bath.

WHO IS THIS NOT SUITED TO?
