This simple, safe and highly potent style of breathwork activates the subconscious mind and brings insight that is not as easily accessed through traditional therapy.

With FBR being nervous system informed, it is a complete and natural way to reset the nervous system, release limiting subconscious beliefs and to integrate more confidence, trust and joy into life.

We go deep with the breath. Then we take a seat at the table.

We'll close the circle with lunch together at a nearby restaurant - a chance to land what came up, connect with a small group of like-minded founders and business leaders, and share a meal. Dinner is not included in your ticket.

Trained in Conscious Connected Circular Breathing, FBR (Facilitated Breath Repatterning), Master NLP, Integral Leadership and deep Spiritual Inquiry work.
