An Evening of Breath & Movement

I warmly invite you to join me for an evening practice of breath and movement.

Awakening our prana and allowing energy to flow freely through the body creates the opportunity for the body, mind, and soul to come into deeper alignment with our True Self.

Come with curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.

Together, we will begin by creating a sacred and supportive space, then awaken our prana through breathwork practices deeply rooted in the Himalayan Kundalini Tantric tradition.

From there, we will transition into conscious movement and free-flowing dance — an invitation to move authentically, express freely, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. This is a space to feel, to explore, and simply be yourself.

Our practice will conclude in seated meditation, where movement returns to stillness, where Shiva meets Shakti, and where inner silence naturally arises from an awakened state of being.
