Join Jo, owner of Dollie & Stella, for an intimate breath work experience designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and create space for greater clarity, presence and self-connection.

A small-group guided breath and presence session designed to help you slow down, reconnect to your body, and better understand your nervous system in a simple and approachable way.

This experience is specifically tailored for people who are newer to breath work and meditation, or who are wanting gentle guidance and practical tools to create healthier everyday habits around stress, breathing, rest, and nervous system regulation.

Together, we’ll explore the importance of everyday breathing habits, how stress and overwhelm impact the body, and simple ways we can use the breath to support more calm, awareness, and balance in daily life.

Expect a mix of:
• gentle guided breathing
• simple nervous system education
• grounding practices
• rest, reflection, and connection

No experience needed

this space is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and relaxed rather than intimidating or overwhelming.

Limited to 10 people to keep the experience intimate and intentional.
