A space to switch off, breathe deeper and come back to yourself

This session blends guided breathwork with immersive sound to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and into your body

We’ll move through a flowing breathwork journey designed to support tension release, clarity and a deeper sense of connection to self — followed by sound and stillness to help everything settle and integrate

The breath can feel calming, energising, emotional or deeply grounding. Every experience is different, and there’s no pressure for anything specific to happen

You don’t need any previous breathwork experience and there’s nothing to get “right”

Just come as you are, mats, blankets are provided
Just bring a water bottle or a small cushion if you'd like some extra comfort

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, more open or simply like you’ve had a proper moment to yourself

Expect breath, music, sound, space and a chance to fully switch off for a while
