I won't sugar coat it, life is absolutely hectic right now, and our body and mind is taking a huge hit.

But what if it didn't need to be this way?

For the last 15+ years, I’ve been bridging the gap between my career in advertising and the mysterious world of mindfulness. Along the way, I’ve run sessions for teams at Google, Salesforce, Spotify and many other large businesses.

While these two worlds appear completely opposite, they connect on the single most important thing for both of them:

Attention.

In advertising, our attention is incredibly valuable. As technology becomes a bigger part of our lives, much of it is designed to draw our attention towards brands and platforms, and keep it there. Our attention helps those businesses grow. Wherever our attention goes, that thing grows. That’s why it’s so valuable to businesses.

Mindfulness is the practice of turning our attention inwards. When we can guide our own attention, we choose what grows. Our confidence, our relationships, our skills.

That’s what I bring into a Remindful session. We move past the typical “mental frameworks” into a deeper experience that even people who struggle with meditation can feel for themselves.

After a session with Remindful, participants often say they feel the same calm as after a two-week holiday.

For the last 5 years, these sessions have mainly taken place inside some of Australia's largest companies, however, these are now being brought out into one of my favourite inner west studios, Zenly. For the 1st time, this session will be combined with beautiful sound from the amazing Brooke Zotti.
