A restorative 1-hour class combining gentle movement, various breathing techniques, and meditation. This session supports deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. An invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.

You can expect some movement at the beginning, guided breathing techniques and then a guided meditation with crystal bowls, drumming & chimes.

No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and connect to your body
