Creating lasting life change is at the heart of my calling, I hold a pure, potent and safe space for you to experience an inner transformational journey of breathing, meditation, reflection, sacred ceremony, silence and sound weaving.

As we utilize the power of the breath that alters your state of consciousness, this is an invitation to disintegrate old beliefs and old ways of being to create the lasting life changes you are desiring. A Journey where we can dismantle those parts that aren’t in congruence with the truest expression of your being and to recalibrate your energy into a state of receivership.

Breath (Prana) is a pure life force energy, as your journey guardian I will help you to harness and explore the power of your breath to work with your body and help to reset, realign and breathe through the energies that are no longer of any use, to allow your body to release and dissolve all that has been held on to, that could be unbalancing for you on an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual level, surrendering into your breath you can access the parts of the brain and help bring memories and emotions to the surface, allowing for processing, reconciliation, acceptance, forgiveness and closure, so those experiences and events no longer weigh you down.

“If you want to fly you have to give up all that is weighing you down”.

During this event there will be angelic frequencies from sound bowls, healing heart beat of the medicine drum, processing tactile tools such as rattles and clap sticks and the clearing, in addition carefully selected music will be added in the spaces for ambiance and meditation.

By releasing energy, you will life your vibration/energy frequency higher where you can manifest, and access creativity, clarity, connection and wisdom. A spiritual experience is often had with connection to divine energy, ancestors and guides.

In addition to all of this, I will be using my own gifts and transformational medicine which will feature Energy & Shamanic methods to facilitate the process, as well as a celebration of the senses with the incorporation of sage and oils.

WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga mat and a blankets are available at the venue if you do not have them

• Loose comfortable clothes

• Water bottle

• Pen and journal

It is recommended to avoid caffeine, alcohol, recreational drugs and smoking on the day of the journey.
