Experience the healing benefits of Sound Healing and gentle Breath Work to bring you out of the busyness of life and into a more relaxed, calm state of consciousness, allowing your body to enter into its natural state of healing.
The gentle Breathwork and the use of specific Sound Healing instruments, come together to activate the body's Vagus Nerve, which is directly responsible for regulating the body's parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress, improve digestion, sleep, and your body's ability to function properly.
With a variety of harmonising sounds, including Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, gongs, drums, Native Flutes, chimes and many more calming sounds, you will be taken on your own unique journey of bliss.
Each month, you will be welcomed into a nurturing, judgement free space, where you are encouraged to be ALL of your unique self.

Nourish your body and open your heart to receive, with a beautiful organic Heart-Opening herbal tea blend to help connect you in to your intention for the night and assist in your relaxation journey.
Yoga Mats, Pillows & blankets are all provided (It is recommended that you bring your own yoga bolster or pillow to place under your knees to help support your lower back for extra comfort).
