Connecting with your breath as you feel a deep connection with your body. We will be offering various techniques to help increase oxygen flow, reduce stress and to heighten your focus on the present moment as you feel into a deeper state of relaxation and connection.

Following on from the breath work Joanne will guide you through a sound immersion. Allowing the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes etc to take you on a journey of connection with self. When you allow yourself to surrender to the sound, it can take you to a place of deep relaxation.This is where the magic happens, bringing the body and mind into balance and harmony where healing can occur.
