She integrates the theoretical findings of cultural anthropology, sociology, psychology, and human behavior coupled with holistic expertise in breathwork, regression hypnotherapy, and shamanic training to provide a whole-person approach to mental and emotional wellness.

As a Holy Fire Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer, and Equinox Instructor, Grace's journey has been defined by a lifelong quest for spiritual enlightenment. Initiated into multiple modalities, she is an expert in understanding and harnessing energy to facilitate healing of the mind, body, and soul.
