BREATH BREAK — FLOW Classes

Ancient Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya practices, woven together to guide you into a flow state — connecting Breath, Body & Mind.

Each class is a journey that moves energy through your entire system. By connecting Breath, Body & Intention, your nervous system resets, your body releases, your mind quietens, blood flow increases — and you leave feeling fully nourished.

Led by breath... we pause, we move, we rest, we nourish, we reset.
