Welcome to Breath, Brew & BBQ

A brand to help bridge the gap for anyone that hasn't experienced breath work, meditation, ice baths or conscious connection.

We (Luke O'neill & Travis Cochran) are prime examples of two young men who took the chance and dove head first into these modalities during some of their hardest times in life.. and came out the other side better than ever.

We want other humans to experience this and find their tribe through some 'casual consciousness'.

Yes we will take you through some breathwork/meditation/icebaths & connection exercises with other people but its in a more casual setting where afterwards we will feed you with some amazing slow cooked meals & brews which may consist of beer, wine, kombucha, coffee..whatever may help you feel most comfortable! 

The first official BBB was hosted on the 21st of May and it was incredible..

Our 3RD Breath Brew BBQ was an even more monumental night! With deep connections from our crew that attended and our special guests in Mark 'Tarzan' Herlaar & Adam James

The fire release ceremony was exceptionally powerful, and to be follow with incredible live music from Adam & good food/ drink just capped off an unbelievable evening

We look forward to helping you dip your toes into these amazing practices in an environment where you can feel comfortable, unjudged and welcome.
