BREATH. BREW. BBQ.

Consciousness, cold drinks & connection ... minus the cringe

Ever wanted to dip your toes into personal development…
without the shouting and dancing, high-fives, or healing circles?

Welcome to Breath. Brew. BBQ

Hosted by Brother Nature Collective in Travis Cochran & Luke O'neill.. Two men who have done years of self development themselves and have been mates for 20 years...

this isn’t your typical wellness event.
It’s casual consciousness .. where breathwork meets banter, good food meets real talk, and growth happens between laughs, tunes, and sips of a wine or kombucha....

What’s in the mix:

Guided breathwork (zero fluff, all feeling — grounded, simple, powerful)
Live music by Che Burns (he’ll make your spine feel something, guaranteed)
BBQ-style eats with slow cooked/ smoked meat (think soul food for your body and your shadow)
Chill humans, low-key vibes, deep chats if you want 'em
Camp chairs, warm lights, no ice baths ..just a space to be real

This is for the ones who:

Love the idea of self-growth, but hate the idea of being “that guy” or “that girl”
Are craving community that isn’t forced or fake
Want to breathe, connect, and feel more you ...without it being a full-blown workshop where you think WHAT THE F**K AM I DOING HERE
And of course NO SELLING

Zero pressure. Zero posturing. All presence.
Come solo, bring your crew, bring your mum if she’s cool.
Just don’t miss it ..this is where the next version of you chills out, cracks open, and comes alive.
