Welcome to Himalayan Breathwork: Breath By Elements
According to Ayurveda, everything in this universe is made up of five basic elements. And so are we!
These five elements are EARTH (PRITHVI), WATER (JAL), FIRE (AGNI OR TEJ), AIR (VAYU) AND, ETHER OR SPACE (AKASH)
By connecting with these elements, we are able to harmonise and balance ourselves, reconnect with nature, and move into a state of deep alignment.
Our asana practice being our connection to the earth.
Our cold therapy being our connection to water.
Our hot sauna being our connection to fire.
Our Kriya breathwork being our connection to air.
The spaciousness and clarity from the days modalities, being our connection to space. (The space within)
The invitation for the day is to balance your chakras and claim your power. Completely transform your emotional and energetic state as we work with Kriyas, Breathwork, Asana, Movement and so much more. In this practice you will access your true power. Detox and cleanse your entire system like never before, as well as cultivate joyful bliss from within.
From a yogic perspective, Kriya Yoga is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear, and self-doubt. It also helps us align with our truth, and brings us into this steadfast groundedness, so we can operate at our highest potential.
We have also teamed up with Temple Of Recovery for this event, and will be guiding guest through cold therapy, as well as particular breath sets in the sauna, to aid in detoxification.
This event is suitable for everyone, even if you have never done Yoga or Breathwork before. We design the class to be fully guided and comfortable for all levels.
Not only is this practice deeply transformative, it immediately elevates us into states of gratitude, balance, abundance, and joy.

This is the full 90-minute integrative practice. We do small amounts of asana ( yoga postures) and for some of the Kriya's we combine breathwork with movement. This burns a lot of energy! If you are pregnant or have any serious injuries, it is not recommended that you attend this style of practice. We would recommend waiting for one of our heart-based journeys.
