Experience the healing benefits of Sound Healing and gentle Breath Work to bring you out of the busyness of life and into a more relaxed, calm state of consciousness, allowing your body to enter into its natural state of healing.
With a variety of harmonising sounds, including Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, gongs, drums, Native Flutes, chimes and many more calming sounds, you will be taken on your own unique journey of bliss.
EXPLORING THE CHAKRA SYSTEM
Thursday 17th August, we will be working on clearing and activating our SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra. (Our third main energy centre)We will talk a little into our personal power and how we perceive our sense of place in the world. We will lean into strengthening our confidence within ourselves and our self-esteem.
These parts of our lives can sometimes feel uncertain, uneasy and no in alignment with our truth. When we look deeper into these parts of ourselves, we can open up our perception and understanding of the bigger picture. It doesn't even need to be a hard process. Something as simple as pure sound frequencies can help with this balance. Think of it like tuning your radio to the right frequency, clearing the distortion and interference, leaving you with a clear, pure sound. It is the same concept with sound healing.
