TIME
10am is when our day kicks off! You're welcome to start arriving from 9.30am. We'll wrap up around 8pm, but for the full schedule, click here.

PLACE
We'll meet at the Kotuku/Heron Room, Te Atatu Community Center, on 595 Te Atatū Road, Auckland.

BRING
Bring along your spirit of curiosity and a few essentials:

Your yoga mat (if you have one)
Cozy, warm clothes
A drink bottle
A notepad and pen for your lightbulb moments
A blanket, pillow, and eye cover for deep relaxation and comfort
Your own cup, plate, and utensils for our cacao ceremony and shared dinner (We'll have backups!)
Lunch or snacks (Though local food options abound!)
