Join Luke @aspaceforbeing, Brooke @soundslikeyou and Lee @leeduncan.intuitive for a 3 hour Awakening Breath, Energetics and Sound Experience.

This guided Breathwork journey is an immersive experience, designed to take you beyond your mind and get you into your body. Through breath, sound, movement and subtle energetic activation, this journey is designed to work with your body's physiology to induce deep non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is in these states that powerful and transformative physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing and experiencing can occur.

Using connected circular breathing and energetic activation, your body will begin to shift stuck emotions, energy and tensions stored within the body, so that you can step back into he world feeling more aligned, lighter and empowered.

It’s a journey of returning back to wholeness - welcoming in the parts of ourselves we often neglect and hide beneath our everyday mask.

This is a journey of connecting our mind, body and spirit as one and move forward from that connected space.

As you arrive, land, return from your breathwork experience, you'll be met and nurtured in a range of sounds and frequencies from a range of instruments including:

432hz Crystal bowls
Tibetan bowls
Monolina
Koshi chimes
Native American Flute
And more

We will finish with integration, this will include some time for journaling, questions and sharing circle.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Anything you need to get comfortable and cosy - ie. blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional)
Journal + pen
Water bottle

About Luke (@a.spaceforbeing)

Luke is a multi modality practitioner based in Bondi, Sydney. Deeply curious about what it means to be human, how we can heal and what it takes to live from a state of being, love and our true nature. Luke has spent the last 15 years studying, practicing and experimenting with different modalities as he has journeyed through his own healing path. His work consists of both cognitive and somatic healing, with Breathwork, Coaching & Spinal Energetics being his current offerings.

About Brooke (@sounds_likeyou)

Brooke is a passionate sound facilitator based in Sydney, Australia. She fell in love with the world of sound healing after a long journey to realise that her sensitivity to sound could also be a great gift.

She has completed a Diploma of Sound Healing with Harmonic Sounds in Alicante, Spain, has studied the Level One Practitioner training with Sound Healing Australia and continues to learn from many sound healers internationally. She is passionate about creating a beautifully held, safe space for those journeying to be able to go deep into a meditative state, where transformative things can happen for the mind, body and spirit.

About Lee (@leeduncan.intuitive)

Lee is an intuitive physio, mind body and spirit guide, breath facilitator, spinal energetics practitioner and mother to 2 beautiful boys. Lee guides her clients to access a deeper level of wisdom within their mind, body, spirit than they previously had access to in their day to day lives. The current paradigm of health and wellness teaches us that a physical pain in our bodies has a root in a physical problem. However there is often a root cause that goes much further than skin deep. Lee offers her clients an opportunity to connect with a deep wisdom rooted in the body that goes beyond the perception of the body and mind that unlocks a limitless potential within creating a deeper sense of freedom within the body, mind, and spirit than her clients have ever experienced before.

Contraindications

Due to the nature of this practice, there are some contraindications where this modality may not be appropriate. If you have any of the following conditions please get in contact before purchasing a ticket to ensure that this event is right for you.

Pregnancy
Diagnosed Severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
Epilepsy
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular problems
History of seizures
Severe Asthma
Heart disease
Heart conditions
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release

Safety & Security

Due to the nature of these kinds of events, safety and security are at the top of our priority. To create and maintain a safe environment for each person participating, entry into the event will close 10 minutes past the starting time, in this case 6:10pm, so please arrive at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start. Those who arrive after 6:10pm will not be able to participate in the event and requests for refunds as a result of this will be denied. We value and respect the integrity of creating, managing and holding safe spaces to allow for the magic of healing to occur.

Please be know that discrete photography may be taking place during this event. Our photographer will capture the meaningful moments and ambiance while still respecting your privacy during the experience. This supports us with marketing our future events and in being able to share this medicine with more people. If you have any concerns, please let us know upon arrival.
