Breathwork is a powerful and self-responsible way to create well being in your own life. Breathwork improves the relationship between your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states. In the moment conscious manipulation of the breath can decrease stress, raise energy levels, and improve resilience. Longer term, conscious connected breathing is a powerful approach to self-exploration which activates the natural healing process within each of us.

In this workshop our aim is to:

  • to educate people about Breathwork and introduced them to conscious breathing and the elements behind.
  • Includes some theoretical context and practical exercises
  • To Discern between different types of breathwork depending on what people are looking for.
  • To promote breathwork in Dungog area and offer services

Jennylee is a Breathwork Trainer who specialises in helping you to rekindle that inner spark for life. Jennylee is passionate about supporting you to rediscover what you love about life, how you can live life with flow and ease, and how to be a part of the world without the world controlling you.

Jennylee spent 25 years in heavy industry and knows firsthand how balancing work and personal life in the busyness of the day can lead to stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.

Jennylee is a nature lover and adventurer who loves to take her shoes off, walk on the land and feel life.
