Breath from the Broken Heart Jewish Breathwork Workshop – Preparation for Tisha B’Av
Event description
Jewish Breathwork Workshop – Preparation for Tisha B’Av
Join us for a unique, soul-centred experience weaving conscious connected breathwork with the wisdom of Jewish mystical teachings. As we approach Tisha B’Av, the day of deepest mourning in the Jewish calendar, we gather to breathe through sorrow, create space for healing, and reconnect with the spirit within the broken heart.
Drawing on teachings from the Ramchal, Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai (Zohar), and Hasidut, we’ll explore the power of breath to gently open us to the mental, emotional, and spiritual depths of this sacred time.
📖 In this workshop, you will:
• Learn mystical teachings from Kabbalah and Hasidut on breath, the soul, and transformation.
• Explore timeless Jewish wisdom on grief, exile, and spiritual return.
• Practise guided conscious connected breathing to gently move through sorrow and contraction
• Discover a practical Jewish breathing technique and meditation for daily grounding and presence.
• Create space for personal healing, emotional release, and quiet strength.
• Experience an integration of embodied breathwork with Jewish spirituality.
👥 This workshop is led by:
