Within the larger festival program, this is a welcome moment of stillness, connection and embodied presence.

This signature session blends guided breathwork, immersive sound, and breathtaking installation to take you into a state of deep calm and heightened awareness. It’s not just breathing and meditation – it’s a complete nervous system reset back to default settings.
