Breath hold workshop
Event description
Training techniques workshop to work on your breath hold. Our Freediving Instructor will work through the stages of breath hold and instruct you in training techniques to increase your breath hold capacity. Feel more comfortable under the water, learn techniques to calm your mind and understand the bodies signs and signals. Learn training programmes you can take away and practice at home. The workshop will be on land not in the water.
Who is this workshop for:
Anyone wanting to spend time in and on the water. This programme will help surfers feel more confident in a wipe out and during hold downs. For Spearfishing and freediving, increase your bottom time, feel more comfortable in the water and safely prepare for a dive.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
Water bottle
Stopwatch or phone to time breath holds
We will be outside so bring something warm
On the Day:
Please park on the road
Please arrive to start at 6pm
Try not to have a heavy meal before training
