Training techniques workshop to work on your breath hold. Qualified Freediving Instructor will work through the stages of breath hold and instruct you in training techniques to increase your breath hold capacity. Feel more comfortable under the water, learn techniques to calm your mind and understand the bodies signs and signals. Learn training programmes you can take away and practice at home. The workshop will be on land not in the water.

Who is this workshop for:
Anyone wanting to spend time in and on the water. This programme will help surfers feel more confident in a wipe out and during hold downs. For Spearfishing and freediving, increase your bottom time, feel more comfortable in the water and safely prepare for a dive.

Ticket also includes an instructional PDF for further learning. This will be sent through after the workshop.

Wear comfortable stretchy clothing

Stopwatch or phone to time breath holds

Pen or pencil for notes
