Safety is our top priority. Due to the deep emotional and physical processes involved in this breath and sound experience, there are certain contraindications that prevent individuals from safely participating. Please ensure that you do not have any of the following conditions before booking:
- Pregnancy

- Diagnosed severe PTSD
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking medication that alters brain chemistry (e.g., strong anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, or anti-psychotic medication)
- Detached retina
- Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurysms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Severe asthma
- Heart disease or heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that could impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
