As we moved into a new Gregorian year, a lot of us feel like we need to set NEW intentions, change our habits or look for new resolutions now.

But for us all on the Southern Hemisphere, we are still deep in summer energy and only just slowly moving towards Autumn and slowing down.

So instead of setting new resolutions and pushing ourselves for powerful change, I invite us to pause and reflect on the seeds we planted in Spring, the intentions we had towards the end of last year and bring them to our awareness.

Notice what we wanted to bring into life and gently tend to the blooms that are showing in our lives now, appreciate them and also notice what we may need to pay attention too to strengthen the soil if our seeds did not bloom.

If you happen to be on the Northern Hemisphere. you are still deep in the rest and hybernation season and setting new intentions or acting and moving is not what your body is meant to be doing right now. It it's time to pause and be slow.

This session is a gentle reminder of the seasons we are moving through and tending to what is here and now, rather than forcing us to follow a calendar of 'shoulds'.
