Contraindications: Breathwork is not recommended for those with heart conditions, epilepsy or neurological conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other serious medical conditions. If any of these apply, please consult your healthcare provider and obtain medical clearance and provide evidence and notify the facilitator before participating.

❤️ Renee is a certified facilitator of Nervous System Breathwork, Himalayan Tantric Breathwork, Trauma Informed Healing and the Transformational Breathwork Method. Renee is also a certified facilitator of Reiki, Meditation (trained at the Yoga Barn in Ubud Bali), Sound Healer and NLP.
