Integrating with the vibrational beauty of sound healing (crystal bowls and other instruments), this heart-opening journey invites you to soften, surrender, and expand into your true essence.

Through conscious connected breathing, you can move through emotional blocks, old patterns, and stored tension — clearing space for more compassion, clarity, inner peace and inner direction. Whether you’re seeking healing, inspiration, or reconnection, this experience is a profound reminder that Love begins within. Together we will co-create a space of safety, vulnerability and transformation. This is an opportunity to come home to yourself and remember that LOVE is not something to chase, it is something to breathe into, feel and embody.

• This event is for adults 18+ only - by booking you confirm you are free from contraindications listed below and that you are 18+ and agree to all terms.

Contraindications: Breathwork is not recommended for those with heart conditions, epilepsy or neurological conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other serious medical conditions. If any of these apply, please consult your healthcare provider and obtain medical clearance and provide evidence and notify the facilitator before participating.

• Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

• A blanket if you like to feel cozy (optional)

• Eye mask or scarf (optional for deeper inward journey)

• Journal and Pen

Renee is also a certified facilitator of Reiki, Meditation (trained at the Yoga Barn in Ubud Bali), Sound Healer and NLP.
