Breath Lab: Open & Flow

Experience breathwork in this session for wellness, calm and nervous system maintenance, based on the science & art of breathing. This is a somatic experience, where the breathing patterns become like a meditation. 

In this workshop you can expect to:

• EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace. Simple sound healing is offered during integration.

• REGULATE your nervous system, build resilience and you capacity to hold more; when you release stress and tension, you create space for calmness. 

• TRANSFORMATION: Breathwork brings back your Vibrancy! Build energy yet experience deep relaxation, find clarity & focus, peace of mind, create more flow, release the tension that must go.

FACILITATOR: Amelie, a Registered Nurse and Level 2/Advanced certified facilitator (Flow Institute Australia).

VENUE: exclusive use of the serene site at Getaway, we practice on the undercover veranda next to the lilypond & tropical gardens.

WHAT to bring: yoga mat, cushion/pillow, blanket, water, comfortable clothes. Limited spare equipment on the night, contact us if you require a mat.
