With the harmony of Soma breathing, binaural beats flowing through your headphones, and intuitive sacred geometry mandalas, you'll dissolve tension, calm your mind, and tap into inner clarity. As your breath deepens, your nervous system resets, your energy realigns, and your creative flow awakens. With each conscious inhale and intuitive stroke, you’ll tap into the unseen forces that shape your reality, gaining insight and inspiration for all areas of life.

To enhance your experience, curated music and words will guide you through the mandala drawing process, helping you journey deeper into every layer of creation. Let the sounds carry you into a state of flow, where intuition and inspiration meet.

Denise Manns : With 20+ years of architectural experience, Denise has been exploring Sacred Geometry since 2015, integrating its principles into design to enhance well-being. Sacred Geometry serves as a direct language to interpret the invisible forces that shape our Universe, from our DNA to the cosmos. Its harmonic proportions create order and coherence affecting our electromagnetic field and consciousness levels, contributing to balance and healing.
Her work both in architecture, design and workshops revives this ancient wisdom creating spaces and environments that support harmony, energy, and personal well-being.
