💧 Water — stay hydrated throughout the experience.
🧣 Sarong or light blanket — something light to place over yourself if you’d like a little extra comfort.
🫶 Yourself — come exactly as you are, with an open mind and willingness to breathe.

✨ Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe freely.

No experience with breathwork or Spinal Energetics is necessary, however whilst I would love to offer this session to everyone there are some contraindications and health considerations whereby this work may not be suitable for you, therefore;
