We encourage you to carpool!!!!! In this retreat we treat the breath as a plant medicine, the exhalation of trees. Connected breath naturally stimulates the release of di-methyltryptamine (DMT) from your pineal and pituitary gland. This expands perception and creates feelings of spiritual -awakening and "oneness". Breath is sacred and it has the power to serve us as a transformational tool.

Held in a safe and nurturing environment, you will share this adventure with an array of curious breathing souls, and wonderful practitioners who will provide guidance and support along the way.
There will be nutritious food, workshops, talks, group breathwork sessions, movement, yoga, meditation, live music, live visionary art, voice activation and much more. You can play, stretch, dance and shake, move and explore, learn from and be guided by expert practitioners in the healing arts.
