Event description

At this exclusive workshop for Men you'll have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of Holotropic Breathwork within a context of Mens Work, hosted by two experienced practitioners and an accredited facilitator of this powerful Breathwork practice.

This workshop will offer what is customarily available when we join together with Men in spaces of exploration: an innate sense of brotherly connection and support which we seldom, if ever, experience in our 'natural' environment. This workshop will provide a space for you to connect deeply with your breath, your body, and an exploration of your whakapapa – your lineage – and who you are as a man.

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method for exploring the inner world of the psyche and accessing the healing power of the inner self. Developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork combines deep breathing, evocative music, and bodywork to induce non-ordinary states of consciousness that can facilitate personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening.
