Breath of Tāne
Event description
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful method for exploring the inner world of the psyche and accessing the healing power of the inner self. Developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork combines deep breathing, evocative music, and bodywork to induce non-ordinary states of consciousness that can facilitate personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening.
At this workshop for Tāne you'll have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of
Holotropic Breathwork under the guidance of two experienced practitioners
and facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork and Mens Work. You'll be supported as you explore the depths of your
inner self, process unresolved emotional issues, and tap into your
innate wisdom and creativity.
