Introduction/Stage One

At times like these when the world is in immense flux and change, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You become out of step, out of rhythm, out of tune.

Sound healing works so powerfully because as well as clearing and recalibrating the physical body, it balances the brain hemispheres, upgrades the energy field, and re-establishes communion with the higher realms of consciousness. You come back into alignment with your purpose, your soul's true song.

This 5 hour experience is an introduction into sacred sound and how it might be applied to assist your daily life, or used in conjunction with your own existing practice.

You can come to this Stage One as a one off experience, or continue with Stages Two and Three of the Breath of the Beloved Sound Healing Training, which will be offered in early 2024.
