The Breath Sesh Community gatherings in the heart of North Fitzroy on Monday nights, are where it’s at !!!

These gatherings are for all levels of breath work ♥️

Nothing beats doing something good for yourself while meeting new people in a relaxed, aligned state.

You can expect a chilled-out, safe environment for you to release and relax, preparing for the week ahead. We move the energy from a gentle to an uplifted state throughout the session, all in a very safe way. (This is not a Holotropic Breathwork event.)

Each week we focus on a different theme for all our community sessions !!
