Join us for The Breath Sesh Holotropic Event, where you’ll embark on a transformative breathwork journey that guides you into altered states of consciousness. Open to all experience levels, this event provides a safe and supportive environment. Expect to leave feeling deeply connected, rejuvenated, and profoundly clear.

Time: 12:00PM - 2:00PM

Location: 75 Reid Street, North Fitzroy

What to Bring: 

  • Your own mat and blanket (wear comfy loose clothing).
  • A water bottle.

Pre-Event Guidelines:

  • Don’t eat 2 hours before for the best experience as it can be uncomfortable to breathe with a full stomach. (Try and skip breakfast if you’re comfortable to, or have some fruit or juice.)
  • Intention Setting: Reflect on why you are attending and what you hope to gain from this experience.

What to Expect:
Prepare to engage in a dynamic breathwork technique designed to release DMT and guide you into altered states of consciousness. This experience can evoke a profound sense of clarity, emotional release, and heightened awareness.
• Emotional Release: Feel a deep sense of catharsis as you let go of suppressed emotions and past traumas. Participants often report feeling lighter and more at peace with themselves.
• Heightened Awareness: Tap into a state of expanded consciousness where you may gain insights into your life’s purpose and inner truths. This heightened awareness can lead to personal revelations and a deeper understanding of yourself.
• Deep Connection: Experience a profound connection with yourself and others in the group. This shared journey fosters a sense of community and belonging, leaving you feeling supported and understood.
• Rejuvenation: Leave the session feeling rejuvenated and revitalized. The breathwork can help move stagnant energy, boosting your vitality and leaving you with a renewed sense of energy and clarity.
• Calm and Centered: Achieve a state of calm and centeredness as the breathwork helps regulate your nervous system. This can reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of inner peace and balance.

Session Schedule:

  • 12:00 PM - 1:10 PM: Down-regulating breathwork for 15 minutes followed by Holotropic-style breathing for 45 minutes continuously.
  • 1:10 PM - 2:00 PM: Integration and connection.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and build a supportive community.

Parking: 

On-street parking: There are metered parking spots available along Reid Street and nearby streets, though they may be limited. Be sure to check parking regulations and pay any required fees.

Nearby parking lots: Several public parking lots are in the vicinity. Arriving a bit earlier might help you find a spot and avoid a last-minute rush.

Public transport: If possible, consider using public transport to avoid parking hassles. The venue is accessible by bus and tram services.
