WHAT TO EXPECT: We'll begin with a sharing circle, cacao ceremony and intention-setting activity to set the tone for the evening. You'll then enjoy a breathwork, guided meditation and sound healing journey, featuring sacred sounds such as shamanic drumming, native american flutes, live guitar looping, crystal bowls and more!

Aditi runs wellness events in Coolangatta, with a vision centered around creating safe spaces for like-minded individuals to connect, heal and grow. Aditi holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education (Psychology), along with a variety of holistic therapy qualifications including 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, Neurolinguistic Programming and Reiki III.
