You're invited to join us for a rejuvenating sunrise experience at Corrigans Beach in Batemans Bay.
Enjoy a guided morning of mindfulness meditation, intention setting, guided breathwork and sound healing followed by
an optional ocean dip!

BRING: Your swimmers, a towel, yoga mat, water bottle and wear something warm!
WHAT TO EXPECT: You'll be deeply held by the support of your 3 heart-led facilitators: Aditi, Jamie and Jay. We will take you through a transformative meditation, breathwork and sound healing experience to shift your nervous system into a relaxed parasympathetic state. You can then enjoy an optional post-bliss ocean dip and we've built in plenty of time for connection.
