The theme of this offering is inspired by Rumi's quote "Remember, the entrance door to the sanctuary is inside you". An invitation to connect with your inner sanctum, the holy place that lies within you and to reclaim the knowing that you are a sacred being, a fractal of the divine with a unique contribution to offer yourself and the world around you. How would you enter a holy temple? How would speak in this sacred place? What offerings would you bring to show your love, reverence and devotion? These are some questions we will aim to explore and weave into our somatic journey through breath, sound and movement.

Come & be supported and held in a space of love to clear the way for your body’s natural healing and alignment to occur.

This evening is a soul nourishing infusion of Breath, Sound, Movement & Conscious Connection.
We explore powerful practices that allow for deep self-exploration, discovery & soul aligned expression, as we navigate our inner realms with presence, compassion, openness, curiosity and a willingness to lean in to ALL that arises from within, in a safe and supported environment.
