WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an active practice of conscious connected breathing without pauses, that can often..

- induce altered states of consciousness (activating DMT in the pineal & pituitary glands)

- bring our awareness to unconscious pattering/limiting beliefs & behaviours that aren't serving or aligning with our desired intentions and higher purpose

- awaken the radiant aliveness within us and allow us to access states of ecstatic bliss, joy & unconditional love

- help us to feel and heal past pain bringing old wounds to completion and integration

- activate the REMEMBERING of our innate divinity and unlock the bounty of unique gifts & soul aligned expression that we all carry within
