Breath: The Ultimate Lifeforce II
Event description
SPRING, a time of CELEBRATION as we move from the restful darkness of Winter towards the vibrant light of Spring, from stillness to joyful movement.
Our first event was a wonderful experience and many have asked for a second ~ ask and you shall receive!
Come journey with us on a daylong workshop to tap into and awaken your inner healer. (NB: it is not required that you attended the first event)
This breathwork showcase features three local wahine(women) and their respective healing modalities. The day will encompass a morning cacao ceremony with breathing exercises, followed by a shamanic breathwork/conscious connected breathing session, and an afternoon of yin yoga and pranayama. Journaling and reflection will be woven into the day.
Experience the healing power of the breath by tuning in to YOUR innate wisdom. Using various techniques, learn how the breath can energise or calm, can shift stuck or blocked emotions, and can increase feelings of joy, happiness, and love. Our breath serves us in many ways when we learn to use this life force with intention.
Stimulate all of your senses on this journey as we connect to the elemental power of air!
