    We're thrilled to have you on board as we embark on a guided healing adventure, using the incredible potential of your breath to find your way back to yourself. 

    Together, we'll gently release the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages that have been holding you back and learn to tune into your body's innate wisdom and reconnect to your higher self, so that you can reach your full potential.

    About Breath Work:

    Breath Work is an umbrella term describing a wide range of intentional and conscious breathing practices to increase awareness, presence and wellbeing. 

    Serving as a conduit between the conscious and unconscious mind, breathwork is one of the fastest ways to reset the nervous system, elevate vitality and unlock profound insights.

    There a myriad of documented benefits, including:

    A little bit about your hosts:

    Megan Watts
    Megan facilitates Breath Work, Qigong, Yoga and has her own intuitive body work and energy healing called Body Therapy. 
    Megan believes in the transformative power of movement and the profound connection between body, mind and spirit. Her mission is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-trust, empowering you to live the life you really want to be living.

    Zoi Saad
    Zoi is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Breath Work, Spinal Energetics & Reiki Practitioner. She specialises in bringing your unconscious mind and your energy body into alignment with your vision for the future. Her therapeutic journey began when she first experienced hypnotherapy herself, unlocking in her a 5-year healing journey that freed her from immense shame, fear and self-doubt and allowed her to reconnect with her innate power.

    Mathew Barber 
    Mathew is a Medicine Musician, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide and Reiki Healer. Mathew creates medicine music by mixing drums, hand percussion and celestial melodic instruments such as Handpan and Rav Vast.This medicine music combined with Movement, Breath and Meditation enables deep grounding, healing and clearing of energetic debris, allowing one to feel peaceful, happy and content.

    Waiver / Terms
    As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practising Breath Work. It is crucial that you inform us if any of the following conditions are relevant to you, as you may require medical clearance to attend:

    • Pregnancy
    • Detached Retina
    • Glaucoma
    • High Blood Pressure (not controlled by medication)
    • Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
    • Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
    • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes 
    • Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to come providing you bring your inhaler to the session
    • Epilepsy 
    • Perforated Eardrums 
    • Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric conditions  
    • Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
    • Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect your ability to engage in deep, fast breathing and / or emotional release.
